Danish National Biobank Price List
All submission, storage and withdrawal projects at the DNB are subject to a Startup Fee. The Startup Fee covers administrative tasks, including registration, coordination, GDPR compliance and data management.
Custom tasks or additional hours are charged at a fixed hourly rate of DKK 1,036 (2026).
Submission of Samples
All submission projects are subject to a Startup Fee.
The fee covers 10 hours of administrative tasks, e.g. coordination, GDPR compliance and data management.
Aliquoting costs vary. If you wish to submit samples for aliquoting, please contact mail@nationalbiobank.dk for options.

Withdrawal of Samples
All witdrawal projects are subject to a Startup Fee of DKK 10,000.
The fee covers 20 hours of administrative tasks, e.g. registration of application, coordination, GDPR compliance and data management.
Custom tasks or additional hours are charged at a fixed hourly rate of DKK 1,036 (2026).
