GWAS summary data tables
We are releasing the GWAS summary statistics for the article Geller F et al.: “Central role of glycosylation processes in human genetic susceptibility to SARS-CoV-2 infections with Omicron variants” (www.medrxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.11.21.24317689v1)
Provided are data from a meta-analysis of SARS-CoV-2 infection with Omicron variants vs. controls without known infection in of 151,825 cases and 556,568 controls performed with METAL on REGENIE GWAS results.
Variables in the datasets
• chrom - chromosome
• pos - position GRCh38
• rsid - rsname for SNP
• ref - reference allele
• alt - alternative / effect allele
• neg_log_pvalue - negative log P value
• beta - effect estimate
• stderr_beta - standard error of the estimate
• alt_allele_freq - frequency of the alternative allele
