If you have any questions as a citizen, please contact us via Danish Digital Post or by letter.

You may have questions about whether the Danish National Biobank stores samples from you, or you may want samples from you to be destroyed.

When you are logged in to the Digital Post and have selected "Statens Serum Institut" as the recipient, then select "Borgerhenvendelser" (Citizens’ Inquiries).

Information letter from SSI: Information on the processing of biological material from you
If you have received a letter stating that the SSI has recently received and analysed one or more samples from you, and if you have any questions about the letter, you can contact Statens Serum Institut (SSI) via Digital Post.

When you are logged in to the Danish Digital Post and have selected "Statens Serum Institut" as the recipient, then select "Borgerhenvendelser" (Citizens’ Inquiries).
